Built for construction
Your site already tells the whole story. Now it's written down.
Press record at a site meeting, an inspection or a toolbox talk. Within minutes you get shorthand action items and a one-line summary, the work goes in the calendar with reminders set, and anything nobody in the room could answer gets chased up and checked.
A New Zealand company. New Zealand builders are already running it on their sites.
Nobody asked for any of this. It was done by the time the meeting broke up.
Added to the Riverside calendar. Attendees invited from the meeting, not from a contact list.
Reminders keep going until the item is closed, then stop on their own.
"Pretty sure there's an NZS clause on cover to reinforcement for a slab in this exposure. I'd have to go and look it up."
KEN WARD · ENGINEER · TUE 2:40 PMVizField went and looked. The relevant standard is NZS 3101, which sets minimum cover to reinforcement by exposure classification. Riverside's slab is specified B2, which points to the 40 mm cover figure, the same number already written on drawing S-104.
It's not a note-taker for meetings. It's a record of the job.
Press record wherever the decisions actually get made. Most of what matters on a site is never in a calendar invite.
How it works
Wear it. That's the job.
Clip it on and get on with the day. One press starts the recording and one press ends it. No fiddling in between, no screens to manage, and the buttons work fine with gloves on.
Take it to the meeting
On the vest for the toolbox talk, on the table for the sit-down, in your pocket between them. Press record once. The red light tells the room, and then you forget it's there.
Everything else is automatic
Footage uploads itself. Transcription and the meeting record are processed in the background while you work. Nothing to sync, nothing to export, nothing to remember.
The clock starts
Draft items are on your phone within a couple of minutes, while everyone is still standing there. Read them out, fix what's wrong, confirm. The email goes out and the record is sealed.
The version chain
The plan changed three times. All three are still on the record.
When Tuesday's plan changes on Thursday, VizField doesn't leave you a duplicate to reconcile. It updates the item and keeps every version, each one linked to the moment in the recording where it was said. When a variation or EOT claim comes up, that chain is your evidence, not a memory contest.
Superseded versions stay visible and muted. They are never struck through, never hidden, never deleted.
Each one carries the meeting and the timecode it came from. Press play and hear it said.
The chain and its recordings are preserved for as long as the claim window runs on that project.
Construction intelligence
It answers the question, then tells you what comes next.
Ask anything across every meeting on the job and get a straight answer with citations that jump to the moment it was said. Then it goes a step further: a date that has moved gets followed through to the trades behind it, and a claim made in the room gets checked against the supplier, the standard or the consent. Findings are always shown with their source, and always kept separate from what was actually said.
Thursday. Aroha confirmed the supplier can deliver Thursday if a double crew goes on it, finishing Friday. That superseded the Wednesday date agreed the week before.
A Friday finish leaves no float before the Monday framing start, and the scaffold handover is booked Thursday afternoon on the same elevation. Worth deciding now which one moves.
Getting it to people
One button for your team. Familiar paperwork for everyone else.
Nothing leaves the meeting until you send it. Inside your company it is one tap and everyone is looking at the same record. Outside, it comes out as the paperwork your client, head contractor and consultants already read.
Push it to the team
One button syncs the meeting to everyone on the project. It lands on their site wall with the items, the minutes and the recording moments, so the people who weren't there can see what happened, and search across every meeting on the job when they need to find it again.
The paperwork they already expect
No new tool for the client to learn and no link for them to lose. The meeting comes out as a site report, a plain email, or a draft ready to paste into the system they already run.
Every export names its source meeting and the date it was recorded.

One site, four weeks
Everything switched on, on one real job. We check in every week to hear how it lands.
For one set of hands
Turn site meetings, inspections, workshops and your own debriefs into clear documents and insights. The platform does more than summarise: it chases the answers you did not have on the day.
Per recording position
Everything in Individual, across the whole site, with no limits on how much you record.
Every site you run
One screen above the sites, and a service we shape around how your company actually works.
See it on your own site.
We come to one of your sites, record a real meeting alongside you, and have the write-up in front of the crew the same morning. Then you look at what actually came out of it: the items, the summary, the record behind them. Then you decide from there.
