One record. A recorder for every way a site talks.

Every device below feeds the same pipeline: press record, red light on, and the write-up is on the platform with the moment it was said. Pick by where the conversation happens.

Body cam

Worn on the vest. Or watching the pour.

The workhorse. Clips to a vest for site meetings, inspections and walk-throughs, with a visible red light that shows everyone it is recording. And it does not have to stay on a person: mount it where the work needs attention this week: the crane pad, the pour, the neighbour interface. Move it when the job moves. Deployment follows the project, not the org chart.

Audio first, video where it earns its keep. Everything lands on the same site wall.

Recording bean

The small one, for the conversations that find you.

Lives on a lanyard or in a pocket. For the corridor decisions, the subbie who grabs you by the smoko room, the call you take walking the slab. One press and it is on the record with everything else. Same rule as every VizField device: if it is recording, you can see the light.

Recording card

Card-sized. Put it on the meeting table.

For the sit-down meetings: consultant reviews, client sessions, the Monday programme meeting. It sits flat in the middle of the table where everyone can see the light, and picks up the whole room. Slips into a shirt pocket between meetings.

Platform

The site wall. Where it all lands.

Whatever recorded it, the meeting ends up in one place: shorthand action items with their version history, a programme that flags what meetings say, answers with sources, and exports in the paperwork your clients already read. Viewing accounts are free: the whole crew sees the record, you pay per recording position.
